This 20 miler takes you through gentle rolling farm lands and down to the Saco River. Cool off with a dip in the river or join the many kids that jump the 20ft cliff from the other side of the bridge. After your dip in the river jump back on the bike for a cool 10 miles back.

Saco River Salmon Falls Bridge

After crossing the bridge and turning left you can stop here for a dip in the river. If you are more daring check out across route 202 about 100 yards from the bridge. There is a spot to jump from about 20 ft up. Local teens jump from here in the summer months. Careful with traffic in this area.
