Park at the Tunnel Canyon parking lot and ride single track through the trees up to the top of Otero Canyon. A couple of rocky climbs will test your fitness and technical skill, but the work is worth it as you're rewarded with about 3 miles of singletrack down Otero Canyon. There are a few rocks to negotiate, but also a lot of smooth trail. Then it's either back over Tunnel Canyon Trail via the connector, or continue down Otero to NM 337.

Important: Do not go beyond the military withdrawal boundary signs.
