From Kristin Armstrong, Cervélo Lifeforce Pro Cycling Team: Local cyclists call this the TFR (Totally Fun Ride); less fit riders might call it something else. Take Rocky Canyon Road, which is a dirt climb, to the Aldape Summit. Then descend the backside on Robie Creek Road and cross the river to Mores Creek Road.

START: From the Fort Boise parking lot, head north on E. Shaw Mountain Rd. Continue on Rocky Canyon Rd. (dirt climb). Right on Robie Creek Rd. (dirt)
Cross the river to Mores Creek Rd. Right on Hwy. 21 (becomes Warm Springs Ave. in Boise). Right on Broadway. .END: Fort Boise start
