The ride begins in Forest Grove and immediately gets out into the beautiful Washington County countryside.  The route heads south via Fernhill Rd then Springhill Rd until reaching Laughlin Rd where you take it to Hwy 240.  A left on Hwy 240 followed by another left on Woodland Loop starts the moderate climbing.  Be sure to take time to take in the view.  After reaching the top use caution on the descent which has two rather sharp corners that can have some gravel debris and seem to be a bit off camber!  After reaching the bottom take a right on Laughlin Rd and backtrack to Forest Grove.
