TO TRAILHEAD: US 295 N to exit 22 (Freeport/Durham). Turn R at end of exit ramp, then L at stop sign onto Pownal Rd. (becomes Elmwood Rd.). In 4.5 mi., turn R onto ME 9; L into park.
