Hulls Gulch Nature Trail. The Hull's Gulch Nature trail follows a riparian oasis notable for the abundance of birds in a dry desert environment. Six newly placed steel bridges placed at great expense and difficulty make this an easy hike, especially when traveled (on foot only) in the downhill direction.

Hull Gulch Nature Trail. 3.6 miles one way. Foot traffic Only. The lower half of the trail has very little elevation gain and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Overall this trail has 1000 feet of elevation gain, so some people hike the trail by leaving a vehicle at the lower parking lot, driving to the upper parking lot, and hiking down to the lower lot. In spring, the last bridge over Hull's gulch passes over a waterfall. Hull's gulch is excellent bird habitat, a green oasis in an otherwise dry and barren area.
