Start from Performance Bicycle and cross Bonita Road onto a fire road before a short climb to some sweet non-technical singletrack. The trails in this network vary from smooth hardpack to dried-out mud ruts which will test your line-finding ability. Along the way, you’ll have a chance to tackle several man made obstacles including a see-saw ramp, narrow bridges, and drainage crossings. You’ll power over short climbs at several spots along the way with downhill payoffs perfect for testing your precision at speed. Several of these trails cross small washes which may or may not have bridges: be ready to hike your bike or pop some major air. Our Take: Stop by Performance Bike Shop on Sunday morning around 8 am hitch along with some locals who cap help you navigate this fairly informal trail network.
