Crain Hill Road is a killer on the way up.  Pretty much stand on the pedals and hope the bike keeps moving forward.  Everything else is a piece of cake.  Be careful on M-22.  It's a busy road, but the shoulder is broad and surface excellent.

This is a killer hill. Just when you think you've got it licked, it gets steeper and pretty much kills all remaining motivation. Do this three times and you'd have a great workout.
